Flight 24 LLC Return Policy
Flight 24 LLC does not accept used products under any circumstances. We accept unused products within 15 days with a valid RMA number only. Rush processing fees and shipping charges are non refundable. Personal preference returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. There will be no restocking fee for returns exchanged for Flight 24 LLC store credit. You may choose to use your own label or have Flight 24 LLC prepaid shipping label provided.

Send order number and clear pictures of item if it breaks after use to our support team

2-3 clear pictures of product and packaging as well as the order number is a must.
Flight 24 LLC may request that the original defective item be send back at no additional cost with us providing prepaid label.
Return to Sender Packages
Packages that are returned back to sender due to invalid address can choose to have it reshipped to a correct or alternate address. You will be charged for the cost of postage. Please contact our support team for reshipping. email@example.com
File A Return
You can file a return within 7 days of delivery for any reason or 3 days for damaged, incorrect or mislabeled products. Contact our support team, firstname.lastname@example.org
Please contact our support team quickly if you received the wrong item to get it corrected.
We will not accept Gift Card return requests.
No Exceptions, we Do Not accept used items.
Please allow 2-4 days for return to clear in bank. Refund will be issued within 48 hours once your return is received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment which typically takes 2-4 days depending on bank processing speeds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
